The vision for the concept was formulated as “[...] a product that radiates with a sense of trust and confidence, as well as a feeling of dynamic lightness that invites interaction.”

The large main form of the concept is of a light white color typical for kitchen appliances, whereas the transparent tinted window, circular control panel interface and the handles on the sides and top have a darker tone which results in contrasting elements. The product consists of mainly smooth sweeping surfaces without any details, except for around the control knob and power button. This creates a sense of interest and grabs the attention and focus of the viewer to this interactive area. Both structurally and visually the design exhibits a high degree of balance, giving the impression of a great innate stability with a low center of gravity.
Sketches (pen and Photoshop) from the form exploration, going from structural to formal concepts, beginning with primitive forms and proceeding with iterations for both typology and morphology.
